Sale of OSD Tools Pro Licenses

- OSD Tools Pro license (a license key for using the Pro edition features of OSD tools such as ComCom and CipMes)

- 5,500 JPY (tax included) per license

- None (internet connection and communication charges are borne by the customer)
- Quantity
- One license per purchase (may be used on one computer). To use on multiple computers, please purchase one license per computer.

- Payment timing
- Charged when you place your order. The billing date depends on your card issuer's terms.
- Delivery timing
- Immediately after payment is completed, the license key is displayed on the purchase completion page and also sent to your registered email address.

- Updates
- You may use versions released within one year from the date of purchase. After that period, you may continue to use versions released within the period.

- Returns, cancellations, and refunds

Because this is a digital product, we do not accept cancellations or returns after purchase. Please check that the software works with the free edition before purchasing.
However, we will refund the full amount if you contact us by email within 30 days of purchase in the following cases:
- You confirmed operation with the free edition before purchasing, but the Pro edition features do not work in your environment and we are unable to resolve the issue
- You purchased the same license twice by mistake
Once refunded, the license becomes invalid and can no longer be used. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- Qualified invoices
- We are not a registered issuer of qualified invoices under Japan's Qualified Invoice System, so we do not issue qualified invoices. A receipt is sent by email from Stripe when payment is completed.
