Python PLC Communication Libraries

Introduces libraries for Ethernet communication from Python to PLCs.
They support OMRON FINS communication, KEYENCE Host Link communication and Mitsubishi MELSEC MC protocol communication.

They can be used for reading and writing PLC data, IoT integration and building data collection systems.
